Baby's touch
You clutched my finger
And we touched.
Barely your clutch
Could surround my finger,
Yet the strength of your grip
Was powerful as such
That sleep came over me,
And till now still lingers.
I closed my eyes,
My heading resting at your feet.
Your chest did thump,
So full of life I hear.
In a dream world of dreams
Our hearts and minds did meet.
In that moment in a moment
It suddenly became clear;
How touched I am by you,
Each time your draw near.
